With almost a quarter of the year gone, we hope that you had a good start to 2019. We would like to share some updates and give you some insight of what lies ahead for us.


New Website and Client Portal:

As part of our ongoing effort to provide an excellent service and ease of use to our clients, we would like to make you aware that our website is under construction, getting a powerful revamp. You can expect a sleek new look and intuitive interface, we are also providing a customer portal log in. The customer portal will allow you, our valued client, the ability to do the following: functionalities: 1. Debit order setup 2. Card payments 3. Speed-test 4. read our newsletters and updates 5. Pay your bill 6. Check your usage 7. Log support tickets 8. Top up your capped package.


Simonsberg Tower:

Recently we have made some great changes to our tower in the Simonsberg area. We are thrilled to announce that this now greatly enlarges the range of service in the area. We are now covering Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl – if you have offices or require connections in those areas.


Tourism and Hospitality Internet Packages:

Great news for our clients in the hospitality industry! We can now offer a scalable internet solution. This allows you, our client to choose an internet package to provide you the speeds required specifically for the seasons! In peak season, your internet speeds can be increased, and once the quiet season rears its head, you will be able to reduce your speed, and therefore your monthly costs.
